Return label
In order to offer you the best return fulfillment service, you can choose from various alternatives. By including the return label directly in the package, you can offer your customers a professional return service without major detours. Another option is to create the label via the returns portal. Your customers can then send the package directly to us.
Acceptance of returns
Our returns department accepts and processes incoming returns. The goods are checked for completeness and the current state of the goods directly by our returns fulfillment team. We then carry out the quality assessment of the condition of your items and document all steps. The process of accepting returns depends on your products and is individually defined by our fulfillment experts.

Once the returns have been received by our fulfillment center, the most important step for further action is taken. The returns specialist carries out the completeness check and compares this with the customer's order. At Fillsend, this step is documented and video is monitored.
Classification
The returns are classified after consultation with you and are then subdivided. Here we sort by new, used or defective and then recycle the product upon request.
Product preparation
